About a week ago started getting really bad anxiety out of no where and then its turned into insomnia. The last 6 nights the most im getting is 3 hours of sleep. Running on just 2hrs from last night. Any tips or tricks people can share. I dealt with insomnia 4 years ago but it was due to a very stressful life event. This came out of no where which is quite strange. Anyways, id be very thankful for any advice. All the best to everyone.
