i feel sick all the time
whenever someone opens a door too loud/fast it makes me go stifff and feel nauseous, i even start shaking, when people talk or laugh it makes me so angry and uncomfortable in my skin. i cant feel good even in my own room because i can hear my family through the door anyway. im always so irratated, my heart races so fast
