No customer service I guess
I seen someone else post here about the issue I’m having . Number 1 my order was a 15 day sub . It ended up being 4x that amount of time if not more but that’s not even my worry now
It finally shipped and I never received a tracking number from fed ex so I contacted tag from the websites customer service text box . I got told to check my portal and when I did once again no tracking number . Mind you it’s been 05/05/26 was the shipped date. It’s been 6 days not including weekends . I messaged them back saying it wasn’t there and sent my order number … well it’s been 4 days and I’ve gotten no response since. I’ve used there website I’ve emailed and now the company has ghosted me … this has been trouble from the start and not replying to customers doesn’t make the situation any better
