23M with severe atrophic acne scarring which has immensely affected my self esteem and self confidence.

I avoid interacting with new people thinking they would be disgusted by just looking at my face.

I had severe cystic acne since my teenage years.

I started using tret since last year, it has helped with keeping acne under control but nothing on the skin texture and the scars.

I am thinking of getting microneedling + prp sessions since their downtime is low and i could get it done on the weekend. I cannot take off at all so CO2 laser is out of the equation.
