

Update: I reached out to the client and offered a free session based on what i read, i can see how this can come as insenstitive and lacks proper customer service. Waiting for their reply. Thanks for everyone that had genuine input on improving my skills, i appreciate it.
For context this happened all over the span of 1 day and the person never visited us.
They contacted the clinics for their skin concerns, sent a couple of pictures and after reviewing the pictures we knew we couldn’t help him so we advised him to see a dermatologist and canceled the consultation in person so they don’t waste their time or waste their money.
And then they give us a 1 star review… what do you even do in this situation? I reached out to the client trying to understand why they give us a 1 star review and he hasn’t responded.
I submitted a removal to google but they just refused my removal…
