Dental cleaning at age 7?
Today is my baby Cedric’s 7th birthday, and next week he’s got a vet appointment for shots and blood work for a dental cleaning.
Last year they said to consider it because of the tartar buildup and he has a chipped tooth, but all the horror stories I’m seeing online about dental work and anesthesia has me worried they’re just trying to nickle and dime me into a grand or so.
He’s obviously been under before for his neuter and one other time as a pup, but not since then.
Do y’all get your Berners a deep clean as they get older? Up until last year he was chewing enough they said he looked great

Got an ad for them and thought it could be interesting with how horrible the apps are, but for $30, I want to see if anyone has actually attended these. Are they actually populated? Good diversity? Or is it just 9 people and they’re all dudes.
They seem to do these nation-wide so I’m guessing they’re either decent or just the newest scam that’s being advertised
