Sorry if this has already been answered. I did try checking the common questions list and skimmed through quite a bit, but honestly, I couldn't find anything about this.

My question is: why isn't the upvote count visible on comments in this sub? I've come across a few other subs like this as well. Also, what's that badge kinda looking icon near upvote? What's its purpose and how do I use it?
