Academy starts in 3 weeks. Both excited but also nervous as between moving states, home projects, and family, I did not prioritize my fitness leading up to it. I know this is my own fault. I’m curious to know how grueling this will be. I can run 2 miles at a 10 minute pace (academy preworkout document says 12 minute pace, followed by 3 sets of push-ups, sit-ups, and Superman’s, followed by plank holds)

My current fitness is I can push through the running, but jumping into calisthenics after is rough. I start around 10 solid reps, and the form falls shortly afterwards, but I can push out 20. This is on pace for the week 10 of their 12 week program, but I fear my form won’t be acceptable, or that I am resting too often. Week 12 is 2 miles at a 12 minute pace, 3 sets of everything 30-40 rep range and 45 second plank holds. How realistic is it that I will be able to hit this before academy starts in 3 weeks?

I plan to go to a cadet workout tomorrow morning to see how I fair and meet with cadets and instructors. Hoping that while I will most likely get smoked for this, that as long as I stick to it and show improvement that I will do okay. Any and all recommendations welcome, sorry for the long post.
