Recently I was playing tf2 until some player asked if they wanted to play with me. I decided to "play" with them because I was bored. they wanted to play MVM but realised they didn't have any tickets so they asked if we could play Uncletopia MVM. I've never played an Uncletopia server nor ever thought about playing them, I only knew about it from Uncle Dane. they "helped" me enter Uncletopia by directing me to a fake website that got me to sign up and "verify" via verifying my inventory to check that I'm not a bot, how it was verified was through a trade offer to an alt or friend's account, I used my brother's and that was their gateway to taking my items

250+ items (from 300+ hours of playing the game) were lost, 3 of them were unusuals (1 hat and 2 emotes) and one was a vintage Lugermorph. I didn't know the pricing of my inventory but I guess it was around £100+. Its not a huge loss for me but the items were mine

I've changed my passwords to be completely different as well and sent 2 tickets to support (one on the trade and one on the user, I mentioned that the trade was through my brother's account and shouldn't be affected by bans coming from steam). They threatened to delete my account too

After the scam the person then asked if I want my items back. they wanted Crypto which I don't have and never plan to do. it was obvious it was another scam

Stay safe out there. especially to the ones who have more Unusuals that are way more expensive than the cheap ones I had
