Can overactive jaw muscles such as the lateral pterygoid muscle be a potential cause on why a disc is displaced

What are some good bending over exercises that lead to proper bending form? I am improving my anterior pelvic tilt, but I’m realizing that I’m struggling with bending. My knees go outwards instead of my hips takin the control.
Today, i was told that I’m being let go from my position from next year because they are combining middle school science and math to one teacher instead of two separate teacher because of low enrollment and budget cuts. I was going to quit anyways but this was a sign that I need to leave education anyways!
Should I get a new doctor?
I have been seeing a well known doctor in my area for about a year but I’m unsure if I’m heading on the right track. So far it seems to be mostly trial and error with different types of medication. We started with one type of muscle relaxer that didn’t work, then a migraine type medicine that worked but didn’t work all the time. Now, we are trying another migraine type medicine called Topamax. Some context: i was able to get an MRI prescribed by them (from an outside hospital) and it showed displaced discs on both sides with reduction. I have facial pain (mostly nerve and muscle pain). My face typically burns, tingles, twitches, tingles, and i can barely lift the upper part of my face to smile. I’m unsure if i should see a different doctor or i should continue and hope for the best. What do yall think?
