It’s 89 degrees outside and I’ve got the central air set to Cool, fan set to Auto. Set to 74 degrees, but the lowest it will go is 82-84. The house was built 2014, unsure of the age of the unit.
Filter is brand-new (change them monthly). I had an HVAC tech come out a month ago because the system gradually got to where it was “cooling” to warmer than outside temp. He blew some nitrogen through it and put some bleach and hot water in a little PVC pipe on the unit; it was good as new…until today.
What is happening and what can I do? Please help. Thx.
