Before bed: Bath around 7 (after his first eye rub), Swaddled, Read to in a dark room, white noise, Modified Ferber Method where I Pick up + Put down once comforted. 5/10/20~ minute periods. Sleeps in his bassinet in the same room as me, but I'm not in the room as he falls asleep.
This is his schedule pretty much every day. Times change, but nap durations and wake times average out to be the same length every day by just following his cues.
Any idea why his night sleep is so poor? What can I do to help him sleep better at night? I'm not well versed, and research I've done online has just confused me. I've been following his sleep cues for naps and don't understand how I'm supposed to cut out his fourth nap. Thanks for any advice :)
