Need insight from anyone recently hired at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Clinical Data / CDA roles)
I recently interviewed for a Clinical Data Associate II type role at Thermo Fisher Scientific (remote) and wanted to understand the typical post-interview timeline from people who have actually gone through the process recently.
A few details:
- Final interview completed with hiring manager last week
- Interview was detailed (core CDM, study lifecycle, reconciliation, scenario-based questions)
- Interview went positively overall
- Workday application status still shows active / interviews underway
- I’ve noticed multiple recent LinkedIn joining posts for the same/similar CDA II role, which makes it look like active/mega hiring
Wanted to understand from people with actual experience:
After the final interview, how long did it take to hear back?
Was the first communication document collection, HR call, or salary discussion?
Does Workday staying in “interviews underway” usually mean the process is still active?
Does Thermo Fisher process candidates in batches for these roles?
Is a 90-day notice period generally accepted for these CDM roles if already disclosed upfront?
Not looking for speculation, mainly hoping to hear from people who recently joined or completed this process.
