Went to see Ozora last night and was shitting it having read the universal hatred of the venue particularly the aggressiveness of the security. Genuinely scared reading the reports of people getting turned away over random reasons. Was absolutely blown away by the reality of it - I've never seen security guards so jovial, talkative, and friendly (and this was to a mix race and mix gender group). They were still very firm like when a chatty bouncer went cold rejecting entry to someone next to me for not bringing physical ID, and with their walking patrols through the venue, but it all felt pretty fair. My gf ended up feeling unwell a few hours in and they actually had a pleasant third chillout room which is a rarity nowadays, and a lovely security lady checked in on her and got her a bottled water before we went home.

Have they got a new team in or did they specifically bring them out for Ozora? I'm flabbergasted by my 5 Star experience at this venue considering what everyone was saying. Psytrance crowds are always so full of love and magic.
