There is a very real chance this election could be decided by a single provisional ballot
And they can’t do either. I genuinely think Rutgers should have made finals optional for people affected or never rescheduled in the first place. This seems to be handled extremely incompetently.
Does anyone have any examples of dummymanders historically?
