So, when explaining Gru’s durability feat in the conclusion, they directly say “based on the size of the blast”. They even zoom in and put a measuring line next to it, just like they did when calculating the Death Ray’s explosion a few seconds later. So, they found the missiles’ output through their blast radius? Nope! As you can see, they actually found the output by using the average yield of nuclear warheads. Why is this so misleading?
