Jump pack reload would have become a feature if DE/Pearl Abyss was developing HD2

Almost 2 month later I am still pissed about this small change. It wasn't game breaking or op and actually felt sick pulling it off mid combat and now it's gone.

The point is why fun bugs/unintentional features like this, which could have converted into a feature are patched out. Why not make changes towards something that people like doing instead of constantly fighting us

Reminds me of movement tech from early warframe years which DE converted into bullet jump/parkour rework, or the movement tech from crimson desert.

Heck even AH did something similar with OPS by reducing its CD in early months of game because people liked using it against heavies

I wish bugs/features like this stayed and became actual features.

Few other similar things that I wish stayed/wasn't nerfed

- quasar auto recharge

- mech dreadnought

- mech and directional shield

- emplacements and directional shield

- charger leg strip

- factory strider belly flame thrower

Etc

A dev team of 6 people made this, full bestiary, a lot of challenges with many associated rewards, in game feedback. Customization and kit synergy options is on a whole different level.

Various guns, spells are good at their job but game is still extremely challenging at higher diffs as hordes and hordes of enemies are thrown at us
