I'm a process engineer. My salary is 3.6k My current company isn't terrible. I love my work but my managers are not great. They make working very difficult. Target changes every month. The hours are long and there is no such thing as SOP.

Recently I've gotten an offer for 3.4k in a different country ( the amount would equal about 9k in my country) for another company as an associate engineer. This new company has a better reputation from my current company. Reviews about this company also sound better.

I'm not sure if I want this job. It's my dream country. I have wanted to be in this country for a very long time. But the job of associate engineer feels like a downgrade from my current post.

I'm not sure what to do
