My daughter adopted two Norooz goldfish last year to save them from being dumped in the canal or being flushed down the toilet. We set them up in a 50 liter tank (not ideal, I know and we’ve already discussed giving them a new home in pond close to our home) that they’re getting too big for.
The last couple of days i noticed that there were a few loose scales floating around and now I’ve noticed this brown spot on Sabzi’s side. She always had a similar coloured spot under her right eye as is clearly visible in the pic. That spots seems to have ‘grown’ over the last days.
Is this something to worry about? And can anybody possibly identify from the photos what could be the issue (and possible remedies).
