The only one I've tried, or that comes to mind, is the Spanish State under the military junta, as they intergrate FE de las JONS, and have a focus to allow unions(?).

Though there wasn't much content for them, I kinda enjoyed the historical course correcting and going on to fight the reichspakt alongside the Internationale just to puppet Algeria and annex Morocco.
