My apartment recently switched laundry app service providers and posted a bunch of posters around the laundry room to download the new app. I took a picture of one of them and realized that they advertise free laundry for students if you sign up with your student email. I, of course, did that but still had to pay for my laundry. I called the customer support of the company and they said I needed to contact my property managers. They finally got back to me but they said that they do not have a student promotion. I'm just wondering, since they advertised it, does it need to be upheld? Thank you.
