Hello, I will be moving to Ortigas soon and was thinking of relocating in Mandaluyong area near Ortigas CBD. Just wanted to ask if there are still 15k-ish rent for a studio type semi furnished condo for rent in the area.

Also let me know what are pros and cons of this area. I would also be needing parking which I assume another 5k on top of the house rent.
