I’m applying for my first ever passport. I live in a blue state, and all my documents have my new legal name and correct gender marker (FtM, my drivers license and birth certificate say M, and my social security card and previous documents have M and my legally changed name. None of it has my birth name) I’m not sure if I put M or F when applying for a passport however, like I said everything says M, but I’ve been hearing that if your passport isn’t your AGAB then you can be arrested. I’m just not sure what to do, but I want a passport sooner rather than later for safety reasons. Advice is appreciated!
