Hi I finished my excel assessment and now I have an interview scheduled for a finance specialist role at McKinsey.

I have few questions:

1- the role seems FP&A role internal business and no client facing. Would you consider it a great move from one senior FP&A role With 6 years experience to Finance specialist with 10k cute in pay?

2- I received short video explaining what they expect from the candidates to talk about. Is there anything sources related to McKinsey recruitment and interview that can be helpful ?
