I'm moving off campus next year to a Rhamco apartment and wanted to ask upperclassmen who live off campus for a checklist of everything to take care of before moving.

I know wifi, electricity, and gas are a must. Are electricity, gas, and water contracted separately by Rhamco, or do I need to reach out with each provider?

Everything would be greatly appreciated. Happy graduation to the seniors, and looking forward to the replies.

I am a freshman heading into the summer with an IB internship at a small boutique. I have finished the WSP course on modeling, and have practiced quite regularly in school competitions during the year (around 7 valuation models). However, I have noticed that a lot of my upperclassmen model beyond what is taught in the course.

How can I continue to improve my modeling skills to get more in depth analysis both for the upcoming sophomore recruiting, and further down the line in a potential buy side exit?

I know there might not be concrete guides, but bit and pieces would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
