Need advice on selling Espp and where to put money

I’ve got about 150k worth of stocks from my old company’s ESPP and some were gifted RSUs. I’ve held it all for longer than 1 year.
I’ve got two kids and currently rent.
I’m thinking about selling it all - which I know will trigger capital gains tax.

I’m thinking I want to set up a 529 and ugma for each of my kids.
Open and max Roth IRA
Open a HYSA (maybe a few - vacation fund, emergency savings, down payment for house)
The rest in an investment account and buy some combination of VOO, VXUS, and maybe qqqi or spyi . (Would love advice/recommendations on which to buy and how to split my percentages)

I’d like to save for my kids college and their future. I’d like to save and grow my money for retirement but also keeping some flexible if I need/want to access it before retirement.
Basically looking for advice on if what I listed above makes sense to do, if there is anything else I should be considering, and even recommendations on how best to split my money into those account and what percentages of ETF’s I should be considering.

I know I’m asking a lot, but pretty new to all this so I appreciate any advice.

Thanks!!

$307 per month. $1200 DAS. 36m/10k miles.

I was told MF is .0025. Located in California

I was typing the numbers and couldn’t get to $307 per month but the salesman told me that’s what it will be after taxes and everything.

How does this sound? It’s for a Chevy equinox LT trim.
