I'm planning a multi-generation modded tribal to spacer run. Since it is long term I plan on playing on my lower end laptop.

What are some performance mods that can help keep the tps smooth over the course of my playthrough and alternatively what are some popular heavy mods to avoid?

For some context the last modded playthrough I did ,140ish mods, started to slow and glitch roughly 3 years in during a gravship expanded run.
