I am 16 years old 138lb right now how do I actually get faster what are the main things I should do? Is there something specific I should do before sprinting? I know sleeping is important so I have been trying to sleep more over 8 hours. I kind of wanted to become faster back then and I usually raced a lot of people in early childhood which is probably normal and I kind of want to be explosive since its part of me wanting to be fast. I have run miles back then a lot and stairs that was like 9 months ago then I stopped.
