24M | CET | Reducing distractions & building consistent habits, starting with Sleep schedule.

I am looking for an accountability Partner for the long run.

My main goal is to reduce distractions and build long term consistent habits, starting with a stable sleep schedule. Because I waste too much time, watching YouTube and doom scrolling. I want to reset my habits step by step.

Right now, I'm focusing on 3 daily habits:
- one easy one: preparing Bed when waking up
- leafing my phone outside my room (too high risk taking it to bed)
- Sleep schedule: 22:30 - 06:30

Hopefully resulting in using my time more intentionally and spending my time on things I want to do.

I am looking for someone who also wants to improve themselves, so we can check in with each other regularly, stay accountable, share progress and give exchange advice to one another.
Age: 20+

For me Consistency matters more than doing everything right.

Year:
maybe from 1995 - before 2015. in Germany (not sure if it was a German TV Show, probably)

A TV Show about children trained by a master, like teenage mutant ninja turtles, or Lego Ninjago. Probably a 2D cartoon show.

Key Concept:
The premise was that the child disciples where able to either transform themself into certain animals or manifest them from their bodies into existence. I am not entirely sure what they could transform to, one a tiger and the other one into a dragon. the other two I am not sure into what.

Extra Details:
I remember one episode, where the master was attacked by an assassin that could separate his shadow from his body. He was able to move as a shadow, and if the shadow died, so did the person. But the master was no easy target to kill, because as the master meditated and the assassin tried ambush him. He did not consider that the master also was able to separate his shadow from his physical body, so they fought but I believe that in the end the master got killed.

Unfortunately I remember only very little of that tv show or film but it would be awesome to find it again. Thank you for your help.

Year:
maybe from 1995 - before 2015. in Germany (not sure if it was a German film, probably not)

I only vaguely remember the film, a 2D Disney style like animated film.
It is not a superhero film, more like a film of mythology Character.

Key Concept:
His strength is tied to his "home", I remembering him caring around soil from his home to keep strong even if he is away from home.

Main Scene:
I remember him at one point loosing all his strength, because he wasn't near his home anymore. Getting weak not able to lift a rock any more, I think he got thrown inside a well while he was weak. The turning point came when he had the horseshoe of his horse that stepped the ground on his homeland next to him, helping him regaining his strength.

Extra Details:
He once ventured into a forest where the trees are alive vines attacking them. I vaguely remember a dragon like figure chasing them inside the forest. I think the key giveaway was that his home is always with him whether or not he has sth from home with him.

That it, keep in mind that everything is out of memory and I could also have misremembered or mixed memories of films, but it just doesn't want to leave my mind.

Thanks for at least taking your time to read my vague written memories.
