I don’t read historical romances but I see people cheerleading Cat Sebastian all the time. Sounds like I need to get onboard. My request is for a CS book rec. Something for a historical newbie to cut their teeth on. Oh, KJ Charles is another historical author I see here all the time too. If you have one of theirs, I’d appreciate it too.

I’ve been gobbling up bodyguard books like crazy, but I realize something is missing:
MC1 needs to be protected at all costs. MC2 is assigned as his “secret” bodyguard. MC2 must win MC1’s trust so he can protect him on the inside. Lots of betrayal when it all comes out.
Doesn‘t that sound good? Anyone know of something similar?
