Is there any plan to introduce a feature that allows players to report or correct unintentional team kills that were marked as intentional?

I had a perfect standing, but teammates repeatedly ran into my line of fire, which ended up being counted against me.

It would be great to have a way to review or appeal these situations when they’re clearly accidental.
