So Oxford Diecast/Rail recently made the Fordson tractor used for pushing freight wagons around. It is 1/76/OO scale. But I know that there are smaller scale RC parts.

The plan is to convert this tiny tractor into an actual shunter that can move model railway wagons on a layout. It's mostly made of plastic so chopping and dremmeling it up shouldn't be too hard right? I'm having somebody do this for me as my hands aren't as good as they used to be, and I've never really messed with RC stuff outside of my childhood playing with them. Just need advice on the smallest parts and where to get them. Many thanks.
