Thought experiment: What would be your party loadout to speedrun the original Lost Mines of Phandelver?
This is not an LFG post.
Imagine you've been told your gm was running the original LMoP again. They allow you to read the book and playtest sections of the module to optimize techniques for getting through the chapters faster and plan routes.
Where applicable assume rules as written. The gm runs the module as written, but doesn't force you into the set plot-line since your characters have metagame knowledge about the module and can basically just go to the last dungeon at level 1 if they want.
For character creation, they allow you PHB, XGE, and TCE.
