Managing a couple of retail storefronts and the cash flow is a bit of a mess right now while we wait on refinancing. One of my tenants just complained that the bathroom fixtures are leaking and the vanity is rotting.
I've been reading online and it seems like half these companies just want to sell you a massive overhaul instead of actually fixing the specific issue and updating the space.
Really need a straight shooter who can get this sorted without taking advantage of the situation.
