Relocating to a relatively new house (4-years old) on shared well water. My previous house required a water softener, sediment filtration, and an RO system.

Based on the attached water test, what would be your recommendations? I will likely get an RO system and perhaps add a UV filter due to the relatively high bacteria count. I have been recommended to get an air injection filter to help with the iron and manganese but not sure it’s actually truly needed. Seems like I don’t need a water softener, which my back will appreciate as my water softener was as far as possible from the truck! Should I still add a sediment filter?
