Hi /ausfinance/, I just finished building my ppor and moved in a few months ago.

Accordingly I have a 50% LVR 528k/1.1m.

Commbank have us on a 6.05% variable rate soon to rise 0.25%. Is this a good deal in this climate or should I be asking for a discount/refinancing?
