Any idea of Met jee councelling result date, 95% in jm any hopium for me for main campus

Im 18M i have acnes on my whole face and back, i feel warm even in cold room, my body feels hot from inside, everytime i eat anything which is spicy or almost anything which is not healthy and which has no cold effect i get new acne on my face, i almost get 2-3 acne daily, my mom says it has something to do with liver, I have tried chia seeds, sauf jeera water, and also take only fruits in breakfast but i am not being 100% consistent, please guide me with this Im just fed up of this thing...
