Astral projection or hallucinating under sleep paralysis?

Hello everyone I have some experiences to share that I would like your opinion about. First of all sorry if you find any grammar inconsistencies during this post - English is not my native language. So since I was a little kid I suffered from sleep paralysis , it started in my early childhood then disappeared for many years and it came back in my late teens , in a period of great stress in my life . I was 17 at the time and I was experiencing another sleep paralysis episode that went as usual , first I would wake up with my eyes closed fully aware but with no way of moving my body then panic would set in whilst my ears would buzz like crazy . So I discovered a tactic of trying to roll back and forward to simulate movement in my brain so I would wake up but this time I actually fell out of bed . I was feeling stuck to the ground the buzzing went worse almost felt like my ears would explode. I was stuck in the ground like the gravity was 10 times more than usual earth gravity, I tried very hard to stand up and eventually I managed it( keep in mind this whole time I thought I was awake) . My vision was blurred and I was walking like I was in a swamp . So I opened my bedrooms door I walked to the living room and then I saw 3 masked figures standing there , they were dressed like the cult members from the movie eyes wide shut which I hadn't watched at the time. I panicked and then I woke up shocked . I had experienced many weird things under sleep paralysis like hearing family members talking that weren't there, hallucinations and lucid dreaming but anything like this, it was very realistic. So last night (iam 24 now) I had a similar episode but this time I couldn't get up from the ground and my hands were stuck down then I felt a feeling of pulled back in my body and I woke up. Another weird thing to add about last night's episode is that my hands looked female but iam a male . Lastly another weird thing that is happening occasionally is that right before I fall asleep I can see the whole room with my eyes closed. So what do you think guys ? Is this ap? Or hallucinations under a stressed brain that tries to simulate movement because body can't move?
