Hello everyone, so I have to present my documents through RDRV for VCAT, my lovely PM is charging us for

-reletting fees even though it was our third time renewal,

- one week of rent - as I don't think she did enough to advertise (let her know in December and she waited till january citing Christmas holiday : it was the 8th of December) and

-$300 for painting the walls

So how and what are the documents I should be preparing?

Hello people! So, RDRV got back to us. In the past, I have tried to negotiate a lot of times with my PM as you can see from my previous posts, but she still claimed advertising fees even though it was our third time renewing the lease, I mean I want to go to VCAT just so that she knows the law. What do I reply to this, she has claimed $300 for painting the ceiling (without an invoice) and advertising costs and reletting fees for break of lease. Am
I being too salty?
