Wife wanted Marble looking tile. I thought she only wanted the tub surround done.

Then we bought a vanity ( medium gray) white counter. The vanity did not come with any kind of back splash.

All fixtures are black.

I said I would put a back splash in . No problem.

Problem: in her mind the " back splash" was the the whole left wall!

Of course I said ...OK.

Now all is see is craziness.

The tub will be re glazed.

The wall color could be changed.

I cant return the 48" vanity because it's been 7 months.

My hell is, I gutted the whole bathroom to studs. Then, I preped everything for tile. Tight in every way. (Pic) I took a level to EVERYTHING.

Tile guys came in and screwed it up. I had to demo and build again.

I need to make this tile choice work.

Any suggestions on tub color or paint color?
