
I went to log into my Unas Pro 8 today to send a file and I see this. It looks like there is no RAID set up on my device. I restarted the unit and now the Drive application is just restarting over and over again (version 4.2.4)
Is anyone else having this issue?
I set this unit up 2 months ago and have spend weeks cleaning up my 41tb of data. 25 years worth of photos, music, a video collection, and all of my documents including the only rough draft of my book I have been writing for the past year.
In the past month I have:
- transferred all my Google data and cancelled my 4tb account.
- transferred all my iCloud data and cancelled my 6tb account.
- transferred 28tb of Synology data over to clean it up.
For the past month I have:
- run scripts to standardize my 2000+ movies (now all in .mkv/acc format)
- run scripts running to cull my 434,000+ picture collect, finding duplicates, and standardize folder formats (YYYY/YYYY-MM/)
- run scripts to standardize my 100,000 document library, converting gdocs in to Word docs, and converting old formats for ebooks for Cabri/Kavita
The plan was to finish this clean-up then back up the important files to my 2 synology servers....
Please tell me that someone is having similar issues. I am hoping that this is a problem with Drive version 4.2.4 and not a failing Unas Pro unit.
I am at a loss....
