I currently have an 09 CRV with 330k km on it and love it, the awd, leather heated seats and subwoofer all really make other cars not look too appealing. I've been looking at smaller cars because theyre cheaper and have better fuel economy, but they all seem to require compromises compared to my CRV.

The main problems I have right now:

• Rust is destroying it :(
• Pretty gas hungry for city driving
• Acceleration feels weak on the highway

I was looking at the Fit, but it seems pretty low to the ground and my area unfortunately has lots of snow and the residential streets are surrounded by speed bumps, so probably not ideal for me.

What would you go for / did you go for? (Hopefully good on insurance too, I'm under 25 so anything even close to brand new is expensive as hell)
