I’ll hear people describe what they’re drinking with all these specific details flavors, aromas, regions and it sounds so natural for them. Meanwhile I’m just sitting there thinking yeah it tastes good and hoping no one asks me to elaborate.
I do enjoy wine but there’s a big gap between liking something and being able to explain why you like it. It almost feels like there’s some step in the middle that I’m missing.
