Their system had experienced a technical error, where the trips of each bus would not adjust when reaching the terminus as they would normally do.

But the bus was still sending location updates to the server, hence why buses were still moving on the map and/or showing up at random places that the route being viewed wouldn't go near (such as a 99 at production way), but still showing it being delayed by an long amount of time

this has since been resolved it seems like, but no word on what caused it (my guess is that they don't even know...)
