Want to build a new pc
Want to build my first PC.

Most like will be using for games with decent fps, and also used for coding. I dont want it to slow down when using both

Mouse - wired,Wireless - Tecknet BT mouse.

Dont know what that is so probably no

Not really, I can use linux or puchase some keys online for cheap.

I want to in the future for better gpu and cpu combos for more high resolution and fps gaming.

Using a Dell inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1. Upgraded ram to 32gb. This pc is slowing down at times even after cleaning up.

Prefer if a liquid cooled or AIR cooled AIO combo with less noise. Currently own 1080p 60Hz monitor, will upgrade to something with atleast 100hz soon.
