Home made wings fans - share your secrets

I’ll go first. No air fryer or oil fryer. Tap the wings as dry as you can, and cover them lightly with oil. In the oven, high temperature (480F/250C) 25 minutes, roll over in the middle.

Yes, longer than is recommended, but you’ll get the frying experience. Go with the sauce you like.

My sauce: Texas Pete or Frank’s with extra spice from capcaisin extract and hot sauces.
