Hello! I live in Southern Arizona where cool temps are at a premium. I want to put an IR sauna in my master bedroom, but I'm concerned about temps leaking out and heating up my room. It seems silly to have dedicated HVAC system for cooling fighting a IR sauna for heating.

I also only have a 120v15amp outlet.

1. Am I right to be concerned about temps leaking and heating up my room?

2. Can anyone comment on 120v15amp saunas? I could pay an electrician to wire, but it would require conduit on the outside of my house and be quite an expense.
