I originally posted this in r/LeaguePBE but felt that probably wasn't the place for it so I deleted it within 5 minutes and am moving it here:
Set Bonus For Dragon Soul Augments:
- (2) For each dragon soul you have, gain 2 of the respective minor elemental dragon buffs associated with that dragon. For example if you have a mountain soul and an infernal soul, you would get 10% armor and mr, as well as 6% ad and ap (equivalent to Infernal Might x2 and Mountainous Vigor x2)
- (3) Increase your total attack damage, ability power, attack speed, max health, armor, magic resist, and ability haste by 3% for each Dragon Soul you possess, up to 18% (slightly weaker version of dragonheart)
- (4) Gain Elder Dragon Buff
Set Bonus For Ability Haste Augments:
- Recursion, Bread and Butter, Bread and Jam, Bread and Cheese, Infinite Recursion, Crit'N'Cast, Eureka, Dashing, Purist Caster, Double Buffs, Ultimate Awakening, Probably a lot more that I am forgetting
- (2) Gain 15% spell cost reduction
- (3) Gain 30% spell cost reduction
- (4) Gain 45% spell cost reduction
- URF Lovers Rejoice
Set Bonus For Archmage
- (2) Unchanged
- (3) (Since this doesn't exist) 50% increased mana/energy regen
- (4) (Since this doesn't exist) 50% increase max mana/energy
Set Bonus For Move Speed (Replace Don't Blink Augment With This)
- Speed Demon, Kill Secured, Tap Dancer, Giant Slayer, Upgrade Hubris, Wind Beneath Blade, With Haste, Draw Your Sword, Escape Plan, Fetch (if ever re-introduced), Final Form, Homeguard, Leg Day, Poltergeist, Shrink Engine, Shadow Runner, Ice Cold (I feel like that is fitting here lowkey especially with how well it would synergize with tier 3 set bonus)
- (2) All movement speed bonuses are 10% more effective on you
- (3) (Don't Blink) - Deal 1% increased damage for each 10 move speed you have on the target
- (4) Convert 20% of your flat movement speed into adaptive force.
Set Bonus For Critical (Replace Upgrade IE With This)
- Any augment that is crit related: Jeweled Gauntlet, Twin Fire, Vulnerability, It's Critical, Critical Missile, Critical Healing, Soul Siphon, Tank It Or Leave It, Zealot, Critical Rhythm, Double Tap, Crit'N'Cast
- (2) Gain 30% critical damage
- (3) (Upgrade IE) Excoriate: Gain a random amount of bonus critical strike damage that scales up to 50% of your critical strike chance, with the value of this amount changing every 0.25 seconds.
- (4) Gain 25% critical strike chance. The ratio by which critical strike chance above 100% is converted into adaptive force is tripled. So instead of getting 12 ad from 25% crit chance over 100, you get 36.
Set Bonus For Ultimate (Decapitator)
- Ultimate Revolution, Ultimate Awakening, Ultimate Unstoppable, Final Form, Can't Touch This, Fey Magic. It's Killing Time, Stuck In Here With Me
- (2) Gain 30% Ultimate Damage/Healing/Shielding
- (3) Gain 50 Ultimate Haste
- (4) Gain an additional 30% Ultimate Damage/Healing/Shielding
Set Bonus for Rune Augments:
- Combo master (wtf happened to this btw??), Cerberus, Demon Dance, From Beginning to End, Impassable, Ketstone Conjurer, Symphony of War
- (2) Increase rune effectiveness (healing, damage, first strike gold, range from tempo, etc) by 25%
- (3) For each distinct tree you have in your inventory (e.g: if you had Cerberus this would be Precision and Domination), gain a full set of random minor runes from that tree. Any repeats will just give a random tree of another type.
- (4) Increase rune effectiveness by another 50%
Replacement of Transmute Chaos With:
- Silver Chaos (Chaotic) (Silver Augment): Gives you 2 random silver augments
- Gold Chaos (Chaoticer) (Gold Augment): Gives you 2 random gold augments
- Prismatic Chaos (Chaoticist) (Prismatic Augment): Gives you 2 random prismatic augments
- These would just feel much better than getting completely screwed over by prismatic chaos giving you 2 silvers.
Fully Energized (Gold Augment) (Energy Champs Only)
- Your energy costs are reduced by 50% and your energy regen is increased by 25%
Changes To Bread and Butter, Bread and Jam, Bread and Cheese:
- 30% spell cost reduction on the respective spell.
Purist - Attacker
- Gain 10% TOTAL attack speed. Convert ability haste into attack speed at the inverse ratio that Purist - Caster does. So I think that would be ~1.5% attack speed per haste
Ultimate Revolution
- I genuinely feel like this augment needs to be looked at/changed in some way. Feels so bad to get on champs with a low ult cd like LeBlanc then having to wait 75 seconds. It also feels really bad when you already have axiom arc and get an insta triple with your R and it would have practically been reset due to axiom anyways. In this case I'm 'spending' my ultimate revolution charge refunding an R that was already 80% refunded off of Axiom.
- It would also be really nice if Ultimate Revolution also reset the cooldown of ultimate-based augments that had a cooldown. Meaning your Ultimate Awakening, It's Killing Time, Can't Touch This, Ultimate Unstoppable, Final Form, Fey Magic, and Stuck In Here With Me cooldowns got reset as well.
King Me
- This should be a part of the High Roller Set. Even still it feels pretty underwhelming for a prismatic. It's basically Transmute: Prismatic (a gold augment) with a super hard quest to get it and a minor buff to 1 item. This might be a hot take but I genuinely feel like King Me should teleport you to spawn and give you a brand new selection of 3 Prismatics with extra re-rolls once you are crowned king
