My ERP got easy then it got difficult again.

So for the last couple of months ive been doing my ERP seriously, like very seriously. Doing the ERP thing every time, no matter how hard or scary it was to do. After a few weeks it got easier, then much easier, then my ocd felt different, wierd, more like it was a memory of what my ocd worried about rather than actually worrying about it for real. Then, suddenly, my ocd got stronger again, things I thought I had gotten over fully worry me again. Im back to doing my ERP in the hopes that it'll get easier again. I hope it does and I hope it stays easy. Has anyone experienced something like this?

Is there a fallacy for "just ignoring" stuff?

Is there a logical fallacy or something similar that describes arguments that simply dismiss issues present? For example:" your steak is perfectly fine, just ignore the burnt parts" dismissing that the food is in reality not "perfectly fine" and putting it on the eater to ignore the burnt parts

Or a situation where someone suggests that you sort of try to forget part of something that brings down an experience overall . In refrence to a video game : "just dont use that overpowered item if you think it cheapens the game" dismissing that the overpowered item is in the game, the player knows about it, and it is the best move for winning even though it isnt fun.

This might also apply to seperating art from the artist by asking someone to simply ignore or forget that terrible thing the artist did that makes you unable to enjoy their work anymore

Would this whole ballpark just be called "being dismissive"?

She wears a cloak of rags and is held together by gold manipulating magic (think magneto from the x men) and can disassemble herself to sneak about, do reconnaissance, or attack. How do I paint the textures of rags and gold/metal? What about magic? These are really abstract drafts trying to visualize the character.

They have a ton of fun platforming and variety with the enemies, and the loot pool still gives you really nice stuff. It took me a while to even bother clearing the town because its a bunch of flat straight aways populated with normal dudes. Yawn. It gets better after the town but man the town is boring. Im on the forest now and im really liking it there.

I think itd be nice if bullet grubbler worked with swift revolvers with the trade off being that it makes the reload slower due to saving the bullets, but still faster than without the speed loader. Maybe even add an animation for loading up the speed loader in order to use it again or the saved, loose bullets just get loaded maunally, but thats probably too complicated. Prices might have to be adjusted up.

I’d really appreciate it if there was a button in the store that lets you see the hunters first person view, sort of like how we have the 3d view for guns. What a hunters hands look like is the number one thing I care about when deciding if I want to get a skin or not and it’s not always clear how they’ll look from the third person view

Everytime someone has an idea for a new gun to be added to the game a ton of people come out to shout it down and clutch their pearls about how it would be busted. I just want to say that whenever someone suggests a gun they mostly just want it to be present in the game and whatever stats it shows up with is secondary to it just being there. The guns arent real, theyre made of textures and code not metal and wood; crytek can tweak the stats so that they arent busted. Hunt is not a very realistic game all things considered if it was we'd have to worry about dying to a stray shotgun pellet at 75 yards like in mil Sim games
