Would epoxy putty/clay and paint markers work good for giving this Charmy his antenna back?

Just got this Charmy for a pretty low price, but he's missing his antenna. I don't really have any experience customizing action figures, but I heard epoxy clay and paint markers would work good.

Thoughts? Advice? Tips?
